Return/Exchange Policy
At FOOT TREE, we want you to love the shoes you have purchased from us. If you are dissatisfied with the item(s), you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Please ensure that the item(s) is in original condition, original packaging and with original tags and tickets attached
- A final inspection will be done to ensure all items are in their original selling condition before processing your returns
- Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.
Please note that we DO NOT ACCEPT returns and exchanges for the following.
- Customized item(s) from tailoring or altering of products
- Discounted item(s) that were not sold at their original price
- Item(s) that were not purchased via FOOT TREE Online and respective FOOT TREE outlets (original invoices must be provided)
- Item(s) that have been damaged by abuse and negligence
- Item(s) that have been damaged as a result of wear and tear
- Item(s) that have been damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purposes
