At FOOT TREE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item(s), you may return them within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must meet the following criteria:
- Be in their original condition, with original packaging, tags, and tickets attached.
- Undergo a final inspection to ensure they are in their original selling condition before processing the return.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
Exchange Policy
We offer a 30-day exchange policy from the date of purchase under the following conditions:
- Customer received the incorrect size of shoes from their purchase.
- Customers received the incorrect design/model of shoes from their purchase.
Eligibility for Exchange:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All exchanges must include the original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Process for Exchange:
- Return the item to our store or designated return center.
- Once inspected, we will process the exchange and provide the replacement item.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:
- Customized items, including those tailored or altered.
- Discounted items that were not sold at their original price.
- Items not purchased from FOOT TREE Online or official FOOT TREE outlets (original invoices must be provided for verification).
- Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper care.
- Items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear.

Our footwear is covered under a limited warranty for manufacturing defects. However, the warranty is void if the item has been:
- Misused or improperly fitted
- Exposed to excessive wear and tear, including prolonged exposure to extreme heat, water, or harsh environments
- Altered or repaired by unauthorized third parties
